"Amazing artistic surroundings, the public spaces are decorated beautifully, it was lovely to spend time enjoying them. The massage was superb too as well as the daily Japanese breakfasts. We stayed 6 nights and it was so nice to come back to the hotel every night to relax after being out on the islands to see the art."

"Staff was super kind - I needed help bringing my & my travel companion's bags upstairs while my travel companion was out, and they even helped me carry it up. The public bath was lovely, and there was free ice cream and laundry. Rooms were smaller but well laid out so it was easy to use. I loved it! The parking uses a car rotator so only small cars will fit in - FYI. Did not try breakfast but did try their free ramen at night, which was a nice snack."

"It was a steep hill to climb with luggage. Taxi's were not available even though the website said you can take a taxi. The Hotel has many levels and no elevator. Given that we were fit we managed to drag our suitcases up the hill. Not very accessible for people with disabilities. We enjoyed our stay the room was minimally appointed.
