Close to family-friendly attractions like Titlow Park and just a short drive from downtown Tacoma, this spacious home is also thoughtfully furnished for full family comfort. The main portion of the home features an accommodating three-bedroom layout, but there's also a ground-floor ADU complete with a separate entrance, a full bathroom, a kitchenette, and even a washer/dryer for complete flexibility. Private home highlights include a hot tub, an enclosed yard, and a furnished deck. The main living room is designed to showcase the amazing views of the Sound with an updated sectional facing the windows and a telescope provided for nighttime stargazing. There are also a ton of books available for your perusal. The impressive main-floor kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances and all the cookware needed to prepare home-cooked meals. On the ground floor, you'll find a well-appointed kitchenette equipped with a sink, a coffee maker, a beverage fridge, and a mid-size dishwasher, plus a dedicated laundry room and a TV lounge/living area. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. The house is nicely laid out to allow for privacy and for fun family gatherings. Backyard has a nice play area for kids, including a trampoline.
