Close to family-friendly attractions like Titlow Park and just a short drive from downtown Tacoma, this spacious home is also thoughtfully furnished for full family comfort. The main portion of the home features an accommodating three-bedroom layout, but there's also a ground-floor ADU complete with a separate entrance, a full bathroom, a kitchenette, and even a washer/dryer for complete flexibility. Private home highlights include a hot tub, an enclosed yard, and a furnished deck. The main living room is designed to showcase the amazing views of the Sound with an updated sectional facing the windows and a telescope provided for nighttime stargazing. There are also a ton of books available for your perusal. The impressive main-floor kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances and all the cookware needed to prepare home-cooked meals. On the ground floor, you'll find a well-appointed kitchenette equipped with a sink, a coffee maker, a beverage fridge, and a mid-size dishwasher, plus a dedicated laundry room and a TV lounge/living area. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Ample room for our family to spread out throughout the house. Nice neighborhood. Cons: train runs throughout day/night nearby and is loud. My daughter & I used our sound machines and was able to drown it out somewhat. The carpeting in hallways & bedrooms is very old & worn. Ants running up the wall in 2nd bath. This is a beautiful property with all the amenities you could need. The house is nicely laid out to allow for privacy and for fun family gatherings. Backyard has a nice play area for kids, including a trampoline. The hot tub is extremely nice and overlooks the beautiful view of the Puget Sound. This home is very spacious and was a wonderful spot to gather as family. The kitchen and eating areas were very large and well equipped. There was lots and lots of things for kids to do around the house. The hot tub was broken when we arrived, but the property management company sent someone to clean it so we were at least able to use it for one night.
