\*. AC Disclosure: The home features portable air conditioning units (one downstairs and two upstairs), there is no central air conditioning. Guests should be aware that cooling may be limited, especially during warmer months. Two small portable fans and a 42" tower fan in the living room downstairs are provided as well.  
\*. Heating Disclosure: The home features central furnace heating for 1st floor. Two portable AC on the 2nd floor also work as heaters.  
\*. Potential Noise: Please note that due to the home's location on a corner of main streets, you may experience some traffic noise. This may not be suitable for light sleepers.
