I’m not from the Tacoma area. We arrived there it was bad. Our door to our room was already open. Walk in both beds had dirt spots on them. I turned right out and left.

We waited for 20 mins in line to check in cause the reception lady was arguing on her cellphone with someone telling them that they can come compensate her personally for dealing with an unruly guest! Then proceeded to talk to him laughing while there was 6 people in line trying to check in! Then in the room we had to go back and forth to the office and store to get items that should have already been in the room (soap, shampoo ice bucket) it was awful and then we had to unfortunately get another night and it cost 129$ for a 1 star place! Very disappointing

the front desk staff kicked me out of the hotel even though i had paid online (through expedia) and didn’t check in with the front desk. i attempted to call the front desk and the phone rang on and on no answer. it’s freezing outside with sideways rain and wind and these so called staff have been keeping the lobby locked and forcing customers to stand outside in the cold and communicate thru a night window DURING THE DAY. so instead of phoning my room and letting me know i needed to fill out more paper or something (it still wasn’t made clear to me what exactly i was supposed to do) these lovely staff people kicked me out. they sent a homely little man to WATCH ME pack my things while he stood in the doorway of the room (that i’d PAID FOR) with the door wide open with the wind and rain coming in acting like i was some sort of criminal. the beautiful staff of this gorgeous establishment then lied to me about when the manager would be on duty and refused to give me a means of contacting said manager, actually repeatedly shouting WE WILL NOT GIVE U THE MANAGERS HOME PHONE NUMBER, which i wasn’t asking them to do in the first place. later after getting in touch with expedia, this paradise of an inn then refused the request for a full refund. so after treating me like a criminal and a dog and kicking me out of a room id paid for, these god blessed children of christ also thought they were ENTITLED TO MY MONEY. jesus take the wheel. dont ever stay here.

Dorthy I booked nonsmoking and room smells like astray. Filthy and door key did not work. I will never stay at motel 6 I could not sleep because I felt unsafe. There were strange guys wondering around parking. I am glad I could get out safely next day!
