Unwind in the private hot tub after a day on the slopes, gather around the fireplace for movie night, or sip your morning coffee on our deck with panoramic mountain views. With ski-in/ski-out access, cozy living spaces, and room for the whole group, Cardinal Mountain Escape offers the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation—your ideal home base for making memories in the mountains.  
  
We are located remotely, but will be happy to connect with you via email, text or phone anytime to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay! We also have local resources standing by, if needed.

Guests will have access to everything that our home has to offer! Brand new finishes, cozy furnishings, towels and linens. Ample storage for ski, bike and golf equipment is available in the garage and mud room. The kitchen, all living & sleeping areas, and decks.  
  
The community pool, located near the entrance to the Granby Ranch Ski Resort, is available for guest use and features a heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, and game room that are available year-round. Requires a $20 pass per person/per day, children 8 and under are free.  
  
Tucked into the slopes of Granby Ranch, Cardinal Mountain Escape is a spacious and inviting 2,444 sq ft, 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom townhouse designed for families and groups looking to enjoy a relaxing and adventure-filled mountain retreat. With sleeping space for up to 10 guests, ski-in/ski-out convenience, and a private hot tub with scenic views, it’s the ideal spot to unwind, explore, and make lifelong memories.  
  
Step in the living area and feel instantly at home in the open-concept space, complete with a cozy gas fireplace, comfortable seating, and a 65" Smart TV for movie nights or game day gatherings. The adjacent fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, and the dining area offers plenty of room for the whole group to sit down and reconnect.  
  
The master suite offers a peaceful place to rest with a king bed, Roku smart TV, and en-suite bath. Three additional bedrooms—including a bunk room for kids—make this home flexible and family-friendly.

Very enjoyable stay. House worked perfectly for us, exactly as expected. The ski in/ski out access wasn’t available due to a lack of snow, but parking at base camp was a few minute drive away with more than ample parking available. Owner was readily available with a minor issue that came up during the stay.

McAdams property was nice, clean and had everything you’d need. Beautiful views and extremely convenient to the skiing, I don’t know that you would call it ski in and out but close. Granby is a little gem in the area, reasonable rentals and lift tickets, almost no waiting on long lift lines.

"The house itself was fantastic—super clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. However, the cleaning expectations were high for guests. It felt a bit much to have a long list of chores on top of paying a cleaning fee, but the quality of the stay almost made up for it."

Beautiful accommodations in a beautiful area! We loved that it was so convenient to Granby Ranch Skiing. Minutes from our door!The hosts were very quick to resolve an issue and ensured we were taken care of well. They were very kind and accommodating.
