We had 5 adults and 3 children in our group and we had plenty of room to spread out. The pictures as advertised are accurate and the home is beautifully decorated with very comfortable furniture. All of the beds have comfortable mattresses - we all slept well. The gameroom in the lower level was a life saver as it was very cold outside and it gave the kids a break from the outside elements as well as the adults. The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee, tea, and some spices. One negative and the reason for not giving it 5 stars: the home was not as clean as we had hoped. The furniture was all dusty and the bathroom floors had hair all over them. Not a deal breaker but hopefully this review will come to the attention of the management and cleaning staff. ##### Robin R. The home is beautifully furnished and everything brand new. It accommodated our large group well. We especially liked that 3 of the 4 bedrooms have king beds (hard to find in a rental!) and other bedroom has two twin beds and two trundles for children. We enjoyed the living room, dining and kitchen areas with mountain views and separate family room with large TV and reclining seats to stretch out. The owners were really responsive and very accommodating. A 5 plus star vacation home. ##### Charles H. The owners thought of every last detail that you could need or want. When we arrived the home was exceptionally clean and all the bedding and linens were so cozy and soft. We love to cook and they had high end items in the kitchen that made making meals a breeze. They added so many cute little details for kids that it made it hard to say goodbye. The location was nice to be central between both winter park and Granby. The neighborhood has a cute little park for kids and a beautiful pond with trails and roads that are perfect for walking or biking. We will absolutely be staying again and making this a little family tradition! ##### Austin H.
