This tastefully decorated apartment has a large, efficiently landscaped area to offer guests, making it a great location for those working remotely, parents organizing a trip with their children, or couples and friends. The unit is designed for four people and is located on the second floor of the building, which can be accessed by stairs. One bedroom is available here, where there is a large desk for comfortably performing business tasks, a comfortable double bed and a sofa, a standing air conditioner and a roomy closet. In the living room, visitors can enjoy a beautiful view of the river and urban landscape from the window. The room features a corner sofa bed, a dining table with chairs, and a table where guests can enjoy their morning coffee. A separate kitchen provides guests with an oven, microwave, washing machine and refrigerator with freezer. Snacks and meals can be conveniently prepared here. The apartment has a bathroom with a threshold-free shower and an additional toilet. The bright decor features dark accents in shades of blue and gray, making the arrangement varied and modern.

The building is located in a picturesque and friendly neighborhood, which is an ideal place to relax for parents traveling with their kids or business travelers wanting to work remotely. The property's close proximity to the river means that waterfront enthusiasts can relax amidst beautiful scenery. Motorized guests will find paid parking spaces located nearby. This is a great location for those who want to take a break from their daily tasks or make nice use of their leisure time during a trip as a couple or with friends. The point is well connected with other parts of the city - the nearest public transport stops can be reached in just two minutes. It takes only 3 minutes to reach the city's market by car - visitors can see the impressive architecture there, buy souvenirs, and go to the boulevards. It takes 7 minutes to walk to the outdoor gym, which is worth using to complete a short or long workout. It takes 4-9 minutes to get to the railway station and the airport. The nearest grocery store Żabka is a 6-minute walk from the property. In turn, it takes 5 minutes to reach the Galeria Kaskada shopping center. Restauracja Chińska Lotus is located in the building, and it takes only a minute to walk to the Prosto z pieca restaurant. On the other hand, an 8-minute walk is enough to reach the observation deck, as well as Park Żeromskiego, where children's play space is available.
