Hanza Tower Studio 738 is an apartment located in an excellent location in Szczecin, in the Śródmieście district, just a 20-minute walk from Bulwar Chrobrego. Bulwar Chrobrego in Szczecin, also known as Wały Chrobrego, is a representative promenade along the Oder River, making it one of the most important public spaces in the city. Bulwar Chrobrego stretches along the western bank of the Oder River, offering an impressive view of the city's panorama and historical buildings. This place is full of greenery, walking paths, and benches, attracting both residents and tourists. Walking along the boulevard, you can admire picturesque views of the river, nearby bridges, and the sunset, making it a popular spot for romantic strolls. This place is also often used for organizing various cultural events, festivals, open-air concerts, and social gatherings. Near the apartment, there are extensive green areas such as Żeromski Park and Jan Kasprowicz Park - ideal places to relax surrounded by nature without leaving the city center. The area is full of many tourist attractions worth visiting, such as the Polish Theatre, the "Pleciuga" Puppet Theatre, Kids Arena amusement park, Mieczysław Karłowicz Philharmonic, Be Happy Museum, and the National Museum.
