### Apartment 'Pop Loft Gallery' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

This loft draws inspiration from the spirit of 1960s popular art. Meticulously designed to provide an artistic experience, the space is a living gallery featuring original artworks. It is equipped with a 42-inch flat-screen TV and features a "pop up" wall kitchen that includes a welcoming basket with fresh oranges, chocolate croissants, biscotti with jam and butter, and a bottle of Greek white wine to enjoy with loukoumi of Syros. The bedroom includes a 160 cm double bed, an open bathroom with a spacious shower, and a separate toilet.  
  
The loft can be connected to another loft, offering the option of two independent bedrooms and bathrooms.  
  
Enjoy the 140 m² rooftop garden-terrace with views of the three main churches and the arrival of pleasure boats in the port. The terrace is divided into several areas, ensuring privacy for everyone, with a naturally shaded section in the morning and a sunny area perfect for relaxing in the sun.  
  
The three lofts of the Artrock Experience emphasize space and light, with aesthetics conceived down to the custom-made furniture. Designed as living galleries, they offer an artistic dimension to your stay. Artworks are on display, with an informative catalog provided. Guests are trusted to care for them.  
  
All lofts are on the same first floor and feature double-glazed windows, a living area opening onto a fully equipped American kitchen, an open-plan bathroom, free Wi-Fi, a large smart TV, and reverse-cycle air conditioning. A washing machine and ironing kit are in the shared upper area, leading to an exclusive 140 m² rooftop garden, where you can enjoy the shifting atmospheres of the day.  
  
Centrally located in Ermoupoli, 50 meters from the marina, the lofts are within walking distance of cafés, bars, restaurants, tavernas, supermarkets, the theatre, cinema, and city swimming spots. Events can be arranged on request.
