Splendid villa on the coast of eastern Sicily (Syracuse) between Ognina and Fontane Bianche 150 meters from the sea (swimming cliff) and 1 km from the sand with both free and equipped beaches; nearby market, newsagent, bar, pharmacy, restaurants, medical guard, 118, police command, ice cream shops, etc. 15 km from Syracuse and Noto (city of Sicilian baroque), Vendicari, Portopalo, Marzamemi, Cavagrande, 40 km from the airport and 10 km from the golf course (I Monasteri Golf Resort); The villa is located on one of the most prestigious areas of the Syracuse coast, surrounded by greenery, it consists of a main structure with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room, two bedrooms each with attached toilets, and an adequately lit and served attic. We speak english
