Our experience at this property was shocking. Having booked 11 months in advance we arrived and were turned away. They acknowledged we had proof of our booking from Expedia, but somehow it had been 'lost' on their booking system, so they refused to allow us to stay. It seems this is not the first time this has happened at this property with Expedia bookings. We were left trying to source alternative accommodation for ourselves and two children with no help from the property - shocking. Also, be aware that every room door opens directly onto a pub garden used by non residents until the early hours - not clear in their promo pictures.
