For shared use: property 850 m2 (fenced), lawn and trees. Private: swimming pool (4 x 10 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Heating available only from 01.Dec. - 31.Mar.. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop 1.5 km, ferry "Catania" 80 km, sandy beach "Fontane Bianche" 1.2 km, rocky beach "Fontane Bianche" 700 m. Nearby attractions: Avola 12 km, Noto 21 km, Ispica 44 km, Necropoli di Pantalica 58 km, Catania 78 km, Caltagirone 115 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Etna Sud Punto partenze Rifugio Sapienza 110 km. Hiking paths: Riserva Naturale Laghetti del Cassibile 23 km, Riserva Faunistica di Vendicari 30 km.
