You will be staying in a 3-room apartment that covers an area of 100 square meters and is spread across two levels on the 4th floor. The apartment features sloping ceilings in some areas, providing a cozy and comfortable ambiance. On the main level, you will find a double bedroom equipped with air conditioning and access to a terrace. The kitchen/living room area is located near the entrance and includes an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine for your convenience. There is also a shower room with a bidet and toilet. Upstairs, you will find an open, large double bedroom with sloping ceilings, with ceiling heights ranging from 120 to 280 cm. This room also features air conditioning and forced-air heating, along with access to another terrace. Additionally, there is a living room area on the upper floor.

The apartment is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. It features heating and forced-air heating, with the heating available only from December 1st to March 31st.
