Close to Western Carolina University, greenway, downtown Sylva, Webster, Cullowhee and Dillsboro in Jackson County. Minutes to world class hiking, (8.6 miles to Pinnacle Park hiking area - 15-20 minute drive) breweries, shopping, antiquing, river and snow tubing, waterfalls in the heart of the glorious Blue Ridge mountains and the world famous Smoky Mountain National Park. Becky, our host, communicated fabulously.We picked this house because it was on the river. My kids love nature, fishing, swimming, etc. It was so peaceful at the property, yet we were within 10 minutes of anything and everything we could possibly need. My daughter was at a camp at WCU, so we were very close to her if she needed us. From the house, we also went to the Biltmore and Sliding Rock. They were both easily accessible for day trips. Our family enjoyed a weekend stay while in the area for a performance at Bardo Arts Center. This comfortable home is close to town, yet secluded. Home is clean, beds are great and the kitchen is well equipped should you choose to eat in. The downtown area of Sylva is lovely, with several shops to explore and many restaurants to choose from. Our host Becky was very accommodating and responsive. All in all, an excellent stay. Thank you Becky! ##### Doreen K.
