Wir waren zu fünf Personen und waren sehr zufrieden mit der Aufteilung des Hauses, da jeder genug Platz hatte. Alles andere wie beschrieben und in einem guten Zustand. Allerdings hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass es in den Schlafzimmern Vorhänge gibt.

Das Appartement ist super schön eingerichtet. Ein toller Garten lädt direkt zum verweilen ein. Der Service und die Mitarbeiter von Sylt Appartements sind unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall wieder :-)

#### Preis/Leistung stimmen nicht überein
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub auf Sylt, hier geht es aber konkret um die Bewertung der Ferienwohnung. Wir reisen zu Fünft und benötigen demzufolge drei Schlafzimmer. Die Auswahl ist geringer und ich freute mich über meine Auswahl. Bei der Buchung gab es schon die erste Überraschung: bei FeWo-direkt waren Bettwäsche und Handtücher enthalten, nach der Mitteilung über die Agentur mußte ich das Wäschpaket separat buchen. Ein Hinweis dazu wurde ignoriert. Bei der Ankunft stellten wir fest, dass die PP-Aufteilung sehr problematisch ist. Wenn alle Mieter da waren, passte unser Auto nicht auf den Stellplatz. Je nachdem, wie der andere Autobesitzer stand, war auch rückwärts einparken unmöglich. Nachdem die Beifahrerseite an der Hecke zerkratzt wurde, haben wir unseren Bus zwei Straßen weiter abgestellt. Die Mieter neben uns haben seit ihrem Aufenthalt eine Delle vom dekorativen Stein der Einfahrt. Ein Kompliment geht an den Fotografen der website. Die Wohnung sieht dort größer aus, als sie tatsächlich ist. Mit ausgezogenem Tisch, ist sehr wenig Platz im Wohnzimmer. Das mag bei tollem Wetter egal sein, wir mußten uns jedoch viel im Haus aufhalten. Problematisch war somit auch das Trocknen der Wäsche, die wir nicht draußen aufhängen konnten. Man wird im Haus mehrfach darauf hingewiesen, doch wirklich pünktlich am Abreisetag das Haus zu verlassen, wo sich jedoch der Hauswirtschaftsraum befindet, steht nirgendwo. Dieser Raum entpuppte sich als Kammer, in der sich eine Waschmaschine und ein nicht funktionierender Trockner befand. Das war "doof", da es keinen mobilen Ständer in unserer Wohnung gab. So mußten in den Bädern die Handtuchhalter als Wäschetrocknerstation herhalten. Zu den Wohnungen gehört eine große Gartenfläche. Wir konnten jedoch auch lesen, dass der Rasen nicht zum Fußballspielen genutzt werden darf. Vormieter müssen einen Hund dabei gehabt haben, der die Wiese für sein Geschäft nutzen durfte. Das obere Schlafzimmer mit Bad ist sehr schön, die Zimmer im Souterrain sind sehr klein, zum Aufhalten ungeeignet. Die Feuermelder liegen auf den Kommoden, es kümmert sich niemand um den Wechsel der Batterien. An mehreren Stellen der Wohnung sieht man den rabiaten Umgang mit fremden Eigentum in den letzten Jahren. Abschließend bleibt noch zu erwähnen, dass ein Messbecher gekauft werden musste, um ein Kuchen backen zu können. Ich würde diese Wohnung nicht noch einmal buchen, Preis und Leistung stimmen nicht überein.
