Floor of the semi-detached house. A light-flooded living room with a new Scandinavian-style sofa set, living room cabinet, flat-screen TV, stereo and dining area is the focal point of the apartment. Free internet access via wifi. The separate kitchen is equipped with 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and utensils for daily use. One bedroom in the attic furnished with double bed (180x200m) open foot end, dessert, reading lamps and wardrobe. The second bedroom is next to the living room, furnished with two separate beds, a wardrobe and blackout curtains. A bright bathroom with sink, shower, toilet, towel dryer and exterior windows. In front of the house a small sitting area invites you to linger. On the property there is a Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit and a car parking space No. 40\. With regard to subsequent guests, smoking is not allowed in this property. Pets are not allowed in this property. In Gorch-Fock-Straße is the Frisian-style semi-detached house with 2 units. In a nice little residential street with a corner lot in the north of Westerland, near the center and only about 600 m to the beach. The bright, friendly apartment with new carpet and new living room furniture invites you to relax. There is a sitting in front of the house. A parking lot number 40 is at your disposal. Alles sauber und vorhanden. Die Treppen sind mit einem schweren Koffer schwer zu überwinden. Die Wohnung erhitzt sich im Sommer sehr. Müllbeutel sind etwas knapp bemessen und müssen vom Mieter gekauft werden. Trotzdem können wir die Wohnung gut weiter empfehlen. ##### Elke A.
