Vom Bahnhof in wenigen Schritten mit dem Fahrstuhl in die Ferienwohnung eingetroffen. Toller Gesamteindruck. Offener Küchen-Wohnbereich gefiel uns mit kleiner Logia/ Balkon. Perfekt für den Kaffee am Morgen oder das Glas Wein/ Bier am Abend. Küche hat alles was man braucht. Schlafbereich eine Treppe höher, Schlafzimmer mit zweiten Fernseher ist hell und luftig. Zweites Schlaf/Kinder Zimmer mit Stockbett ist klein, zum schlafen okay. Die Wohnung ist sehr nah an der Haupt Fußgängerzonen Straße (Friedrichstraße) und man hat Fahrradverleih, Bushaltestelle, Bäcker/Café, Supermarkt, Drogerie, Restaurants, Imbisse, Bars, Boutiquen etc. alles nah bei. Zum Strand ist man schnell gelaufen (5-10 Minuten). Der Strand von Westerland ist ein Traum. Man kann Strandkorb mieten, aber auch Strandmuschel aufbauen. Das Rathaus/Inselverwaltung ist direkt nebenan, dort finden Märkte (Wochenmarkt am Mi/Sa/Flohmarkt am Do) statt. Von zu viel Lärm, wegen nah am Zentrum, haben wir nichts mitbekommen und haben wunderbar geschlafen. Wir fanden die kurzen Wege sehr gut. Wenn man sich Fahrräder ausleiht kann man die schnell abholen und wegbringen. Unsere geliehenen Fahrräder haben wir direkt vor der Tür am Fahrradständer angeschlossen. Superschön, modern eingerichtete Maisonette-Wohnung. Die Koffer die Treppe zu den Schlafräumen hoch zu schleppen ist allerdings ne Mannschaftsleistung gewesen. Das Zimmer für die Kinder ist sehr beengt, dadurch sehr warm, schwer zu lüften. Das Elternschlafzimmer war dafür umso großzügiger. Der Wohnraum sehr gemütlich. Wohnung liegt superzentral, alles, was man braucht in der Nähe, am Wochenende abends aber auch noch in Einfallnähe der Feiernden, sprich etwas lauter. ##### Sandra H. Wer selbst kochen möchte, für den sind eventuell die zwei Kochplatten nicht genug, spielte für uns keine Rolle. Bad (innenliegend) und Schlafzimmer sind ebenfalls von guter Größe und Ausstattung. Größtes Manko für uns war das "Kinderzimmer", das so klein ist, dass die Luft durch unsere zwei Kinder, die den ganzen Tag aktiv waren, in der Nacht zu schnell verbraucht war. Ohne das Fenster wäre es sicher noch extremer. Das Fenster, das sich jedoch in der Wand zur Treppe befindet, reichte in gekipptem Zustand für eine echte Durchlüftung bzw. Luftzirkulation auch kaum aus und war unter Geräusch- und Licht-Aspekten nicht ideal, speziell für den Biorhythmus unserer Kinder. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr angenehm und der Vermieter hat alles gut organisiert und ist auch auf Änderungswünsche schnell eingegangen. ##### Helge B. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Lage ist super und das Inserat entspricht der Beschreibung. Wir haben folgende Vorschläge für einen noch besseren Aufenthalt: Eine Waschmaschine inklusive Trockner sind zwar im Haus vorhanden. Dafür sind jedoch viele 50 Cent Stücke notwendig. Daher wäre es schön, wenn es in der Wohnung eine Möglichkeit gäbe, gewaschene Wäsche aufzuhängen. Weiter fehlt dem Babybett (Reisebett) eine - weiche - Matratze. Immerhin wurde unser Hinweis darauf kurzfristig mit einer alternativen Schlafmöglichkeit gelöst. Wir bedanken uns und können das Objekt sonst uneingeschränkt empfehlen. ##### David W. Aug 6, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location #### Für sechs Personen nicht geeignet Wir sind mit sechs Personen angereist. 2 Erwachsene , 2 Teenager (Paar) , 2 Kinder . Der Wohnbereich ist nett eingerichtet, leider nur 4 Stühle am Esstisch, sodass wir immer den Sessel schieben mussten , was sehr laut ist und eine Person auf einem tiefem Hocker sitzen musste. In der Küche fanden wir eine Induktionskochplatte mit 2 Platten vor, 2 Töpfe die das kochen für 6 Personen nicht möglich machten, da sie leider viel zu klein sind. Auch der Kühlschrank ist klein und das Gefrierfach gebrochen. Der Balkon ist okay mit 2 Sitzgelegenheiten. Leider ist im oberem Zimmer mit dem Etagenbett kein Fenster und somit keine Möglichkeit zum Lüften und kein Tageslicht. Das Fenster geht zum Flur raus. Auch ist im Zimmer viel zu wenig Platz, für 2 Personen ist auch der Schrank viel zu klein, schade. Das Bad hingegen ist top. Die Lage der Wohnung ist mitten in der Innenstadt, über einem Döner Laden. Der kleine Balkon lud zum Verweilen ein. Die zentrale Lage hat uns gut gefallen, alles ist fußläufig schnell erreichbar, von Shopping Meile über Wochenmarkt und Bahnhof bis Strand. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und freundlich. Liebevoll wurde das Baby/Kleinkindzubehör vorbereitet. Gerne wieder. Danke :) ##### Jeannine S. Aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt überhaupt nicht. Die Wohnung ist viel zu teuer, dafür das man auf einer Insel ist, deren Erholungswert überschaubar ist. Auch die Wetterlage ist eher schwierig vorauszusehen. Ich bekomme auf Mallorca den gleichen Standard für 100 Euro die Nacht und da werden keine Extragebühren für Bettwäsche und Reinigung erhoben. Ich nehme das als Beispiel, weil ich auf Mallorca lebe und hier das Wetter garantiert gut ist. Daher kann ich Sylt nicht empfehlen. Einfach schlecht und nur teuer. ##### Silvio G.
