"Left after 1 night of a 3 night stay in a dorm. Mold in the bathroom. Beds shook wildly with any slight movement at all. The pillows had large stains and the blanket didn’t smell cleaned. I’ve stayed at hostels in dorms all over the world, and this one had the most inconsiderate guests ever. French people talking on their phones loudly all through the night. The reviews on this place made me book, but they are terribly inaccurate. "

"Friendly guests here. Nice kitchen and free coffee/tea, toast and cereal each morning. Check-in was very strange: since I arrived around 8pm, the front door was closed, apparently you are supposed to schedule a check-in time, but the hostel never contacted me to do so. Luckily someone was exiting, so I managed to get inside. Comfortable beds. The main thing I disliked was that the bathroom, kitchen, and bedrooms are all one different floors, so I was constantly going up and down stairs."

"The location is great. Very close to King Cross station. The staff are friendly. I also like free luggage storage. But the place stinks. The Wi-Fi sucks. I mean good Wi-Fi is like the baseline a hostel should have and you fail. There are not enough bathrooms. People have to queue up to get into a bathroom(which combines toilet and shower together, so if you want to pee, you have to wait for people to finish showering). "

"mould all over the shower curtains in the bathroom. I didn’t want to shower because i didn’t want to breathe in the spores. No door on the bathroom, Just a curtain that was see through. The room could have been cleaner. The traffic outside was extremely noisy and it wasn’t really near any restaurants. It’s passable if you’re desperate but otherwise i’d book somewhere else. "

"Great location for getting to the Sydney airport. The room is in great condition and it's quiet."

"Staff were amazing in accommodating a couple of extra requests, wifi was fast, rooms were clean and well equipped. Great value for money in an excellent location that was walkable to most attractions, and public transport was easy to use for those other locations. Building works were underway but had minimal impact on our stay. Would stay here again. "
