Summary:  
Welcome to "Unionelle" an exquisite, luxury home in the vibrant Newtown/Erskineville neighbourhood.  
Having undergone a recent and complete renovation, "Unionelle" combines home comforts and an elegant style in a light-filled, high-end space.  
The state of the art kitchen opens seamlessly onto the living room area with soaring high ceilings complete with skylights which in turns flows to a garden area. The location is in a highly sought and desirable area in Newtown bordering on Erskineville.  
  
The Space:  
"Unionelle" is a stylish, newly renovated Federation Terrace offering understated luxury throughout all within close proximity to Newtown's & Erskineville's lifestyle highlights.  
  
Boasting two large bedrooms plus study/3rd bedroom with a single sofa bed.  
  
"Unionelle" provides spacious & light filled open plan living area which flows to its own private Courtyard with outdoor table providing alfresco dining for 6 (six).  
  
The newly installed state of the art kitchen is fully equipped with full compliment of appliances including gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, large refrigerator/freezer, complete new set of cookware, cutlery, glasses and coffee needs. (All appliances are brand new).  
  
We have two luxuriously appointed bedrooms, one downstairs with Double Bed & easy access to the main bathroom.  
The upstairs bedroom is oversized with Queen bed and private ensuite with a privately controlled aircon.  
The downstairs study can be used as a Study OR easily converted to study/3rd bedroom with easy pull out 2 seater sofa bed.  
  
The living room and kitchen area are flooded with light through wraparound skylights creating an amazing light well. The kitchen area also has several barstools leading to the lounge area which opens seamlessly to the alfresco courtyard.  
  
Unionelle is a chicly styled terrace with every modern convenience making it ideal for a perfect Sydney stay.

Unlimited high speed Wi-Fi, gas & electricity included  
Netflix included & streaming channels available  
  
This beautiful terrace is situated within close proximity to all Newtown has to offer, including a chic bar & outdoor cafe literally across the road & convenience shopping moments away. You are within walking distance to all the local highlights of the area.  
  
Close proximity to Sydney CBD, 5 minute walk to both Newtown and Erskinville Train Stations  
Buses at door.  
Walk right into Newtown, Enmore Rd precinct with it's array of Theatres and Restaurants  
  
Other things to note  
  
1\. Parking: On-street parking is available on all streets surrounding the Unionelle, there is a mixture of all day parking and 2 hour spots - we will provide a map for reference.  
  
2\. The third bedroom/study features a window that looks onto the hallway and is visible from the staircase, offering limited privacy and sound isolation.  
  
4\. Compact Design: Reflecting the era’s architectural style, the home is compact and efficiently laid out.  
  
5\. Security: A security camera is installed at the front entrance for your safety.  
  
6\. Guest Registration: Only registered guests are allowed to stay, as per insurance requirements.  
  
7\. House Rules: Failure to comply with house rules may result in the immediate cancellation of your booking without a refund.

The Neighborhood:  
Technically situated in Newtown, the home's proximity to Erskineville means you will have the best of both worlds. Both suburbs are vibrant local enclaves, encompassing a progressive culinary culture, with local designer boutiques, many record , antique and second hand stores also. It is a highly desirable neighbourhood sought after to live in by local sydneysiders.  
King St and Enmore Rd are a close walkable distance away and are the main hubs of the area.  
  
Getting Around:  
Newtown and Erskineville are well served by public transport through Newtown and Erskineville train stations (each only a few minutes walk away) and buses.

Points forts : Propreté, commodités et état et installations de l’hébergement.

Great property which has been recently renovated with all modern amenities. Walking distance to multuple public transport options and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The property is nearby to a hotel which plays music into the early hours. Patrons can also be loud when they leave the hotel. Before arriving i confirmed that the property had 3 beds. It does not. The sofa bed is not great
