Should this happen, it will result in a loss of the full reservation amount and be liable for any additional call out fees due to complaints. 5\. We provide an initial supply of consumable household supplies and toiletries. 6\. We understand that accidents do happen and kindly request that you report any accidental breakages or damages in writing before checking out. In the event that damage to the property or its contents is not covered by our insurance or it exceeds the security deposit, the cost to repair or replace will be billed to the guests. 7\. Please respect our check-out policy. Departing after the designated check-out time of 10:00 AM incurs a $150 fee. The checkin process was difficult to get the garage door opener and in the end there is no garage door. This lead to a scary incident where a man was shooting up in fire door steps in the morning. The location was not as the same as where it was indicated to be on the Stayz website. The apartment is clean and nice but the area is not particularly safe. ##### Matthew B.
