Set on a sunny, north-facing block in a peaceful street, this home is ideal for families or groups looking for a relaxing getaway with modern amenities and excellent convenience. • Instant booking with no reviews please send request first. • Government-issued ID may be required. • Strictly no unregistered guests during your stay. Please input actual guests number including children that they must be registered as a guest on the booking. • WE HAVE A STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY AT THIS HOUSE. Breaking any of the house rules may result in immediate eviction, with no refund of rent and security bond. • Smoking or vaping inside the house is strictly prohibited. If you smoke, please do so outside. If smoke is detected inside the house a penalty fee of $400 applies. • Furniture should not be moved around the house and utensils, crockery etc. not to be removed from the premises.
