All the attractions that the Blue Mountains have to offer are either within walking distance or just a short car ride away. Katoomba town centre is only a 5-minute drive, making this the ideal getaway location. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, convection electric cooktop, and oven. The main bedroom features a large ensuite and private balcony—perfect for enjoying the sunshine and bird song. Outside, the backyard offers an outdoor dining setting and gas B B Q. Stay comfortable year-round with two gas heaters, a reverse-cycle air conditioner, and a slow combustion fireplace.
