The staff at the hotel were really so accommodating and friendly, let me store my luggage after and early morning flight before check in was possible, put a rush on the check in due to my said early flight, swapped out tv with a brand new one after I mentioned some issues, bedrooms were nicely serviced daily. The location of the accommodation was perfect and central to walk to everything and catch trains to wherever. Very convenient for city, restaurants, etc. The apartment was great, with good bathroom and kitchen areas. The pool on the roof top was good, with one exception - the steps into the pool were broken and couldn't be used. Also, the air conditioning in the main room worked OK for that room, but the air didn't flow into the bedroom.
