My flights was delayed so I called up the hotel to let them know I will be arriving almost 2 days late. They were ok with it. When I got there they gave me a key to my room. I went to the room and someone was already staying in itZ the bed was h made and there was a bag full of cans. The towels had been used. Immediately I went to the masher who was an uncooperative and arrogant man. He organised another room but was far from apologetic and had the worst attitude for someone working with the Accor brand. I asked for a better room which he basically denied could be changed. Basically told me I don’t care if you complain touch luck. The breakfast which I paid for was below par. The buffet spread was barely anything. Absolutely disappointing amd certainly not a 4 star rating - misleading

Firstly, we were greeted by an electronic check in device! ( very impersonal ) One only toilet roll, no tea towel, no dishwashing liquid, black unhygienic mould in shower recess and the most uncomfortable squeaky bed mattress I’ve ever slept on! Woke up with an aching lower back! Three pillows instead of four! Most disappointing

We do have a high volume of Korean Tour groups in house at times but appreciate the cooperation and understanding during breakfast. The issue is not so much with the room, rather it is the atrocious chemical cleaning smell when I entered the room. It was way too strong, and was still lingering in the morning. Asking to change rooms would, I'm sure, been the same. In todays market there are so many better (and safer) options than cheap, nasty chemicals. I would have thought that an organisation like Accor would be aware of that. Very poor indeed.

Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Close and convenient to all amenities. Will definitely stay again. Just a few faults will be the bathroom tile grout needs proper cleaning. I stayed one week and would be nice to hve the room vacuumed while we were out.

After reading so many negative online reviews, I wasn’t expecting much. Yes, the room is small and so is the bathroom but it has everything you need for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable, bedding of good quality, bathroom very clean, loved having the microwave and kitchenette as well as a small table and chairs and a sofa for relaxing. There’s plenty of free parking too. Access to rooms seems odd though as you have to pass the kitchen to get to lift and hallway. Staff were pleasant if seemingly quite inexperienced (probably a legacy of Covid). Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Check in was poor. Reception is more like a coffee cart with no service as the staff are only interested in selling you drinks or donuts. You are instead directed to a kiosk to check-in. Booked a room that sleeps 3. No bedding supplied for sofa bed. Staff seemed totally perplexed with the request for additional bedding. No towels for additional person supplied either. Why book and pay for 3 people and then ignore the request. On check out, kiosk (no person to check you out only to sell you coffee) demanded additional payment, the amount of the commission that was charged by lastminute.com". Room was fine but it seems the only thing the staff are interested in is selling all the extras in the lobby. They are unwilling or unable to even ensure rooms are set up as booked and accounts are correct for check-out. Come on Accor, get the basic right before you try to wow everyone with coffee and donuts!

The room was nice enough, but the awful self check in system was a terrible introduction to the hotel. Paid for the buffet breakfast which was OK, but the coffee machine was broken and there were dirty plates on almost every table waiting to be cleaned up.

McDonald's al lado, ambiente diferente por este tipo de hotel, Decepción con el desayuno muy poco y no muy bueno, es un sitio de pasaje pará todos los obreros que pasan se toma un café y cogen cosas, vaya es un hall de estación no un hotel, decepción en esta cadena, desde luego Accord grupo, da demasiado dinero a sus accionarios y no a si personal, que hay poco y cambia cada día uno nuevo, y no hablamos de Novotel y Ibis de lo mismo

My message from them stated I would be greeted by staff upon arrival. When I got there someone from the cafe grunted at me to use the self check in. Then there are no signs to get you to your room. Then when in the room they say it was renovated in August 2023. I guess that did not include the filters of the air conditioner or the buildup of scum in the corners or the bathroom both of which look like they have been there for years. Also no conditioner in shower which is a normal checklist item. Finally ringing room service for an extra cup which was missing and no answer on three occasions. In fact had to call the landline as an external to get anyone. I had always trusted the Mercure brand however I’m not likely to return to this one.
