Enjoying the high floor elevation and boasting impeccable design, this beautifully crafted, luxury two-bedroom apartment is located in the "Marina Square" shopping center, within-walking distance to all amenities. Completed in 2019 and located next to the new shopping complex, it is only a short stroll to the footbridge connecting Wentworth Point and Rhodes,Rhodes Waterside Shopping Centre, Ikea and only 30 minutes' drive/train ride to the Sydney CBD.

Comprising of 2 good sized bedrooms all with built-in wardrobes and the master with its own huge ensuite, all your needs are taken care of. The Caesarstone and stainless steel gas cooking kitchen provides the prefect faimly hub to the spacious living/dining area which spreads seamlessly out to the spacious living with panoramic water and city view. This apartment with open plan living make it perfect for all ages to live in the waterfront and leisure oriented suburb of Wentworth point  
  
An excellent location with stunning views, it is on top of Marina square shopping center and opposite to Pierside shopping center
