We kindly ask that you take a moment to review the house rules prior to booking. Please note that we have a strict policy against parties or events of any kind on the premises. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction from the property, along with charges for any damages or additional cleaning that may be required. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation!  
  
Dehumidifier: We recommend that leave the dehumidifier on even when you are not in the apartment, especially if you are showering a fair bit or drying clothes in the apartment. It has a container that is easy to empty, and the machine will automatically switch off when container needs emptying. It can also be easily brought around the apartment to wherever you wish for it to be.
