※ Standard set up 1 King bed(combined with 2 singles) for 2 guests.  
※ We do request the security deposit before your arrival A$350  
※ We only provide check in details AFTER the security deposit has been paid.  
※ Extra linen requested at extra $45. ( Please confirm with us at least one day before you coming)  
※ Keep noise down after 9 pm and be respectful of our neighbour.  
※ Attention, Strictly NO PARTY! All complaints would be reported to 24/7 on site manager.  
The rebooking fee will be waived if the reservation is made to extend the check out date, given the length of stay is not shortened.  
\- No changes are allowed if reservation has already started.  
\- Check in date within 7 days, no changes are allowed.  
\- 7 days before and within 14 days, A$100 service fee will be applied.  
\- 14 days before check in and within 30 days, A$50 service fee will be applied  
\- 30 days before check in, rebooking fee will be waived

\- Please respect the check-out time and if late check-out is required, please advise us at the time of booking. Please note if late check-out is available, additional charges may apply  
\- Extra linen can be prepared upon requested at an additional cost of $45.  
\-Please take the property key and fob with you at all times. Lost Key/ Emergency Key Delivery charges will apply from AU$180. Emergency locksmiths with be the responsibility of the guest with the cost starting from AU$180.  
\-When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner.  
\- Guests will be expected to cover the cost of any breakages or damage, as well as any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.
