\- We can prepare sofa upon requested at an extra cost of $45; Extra linen can be prepared upon requested at an additional cost of $45.  
\--Please take the property key and fob with you at all times. Emergency Key Delivery charges will apply from AU$180. Emergency locksmiths with be the responsibility of the guest, with the cost starting from AU$180. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call-out fee from $350.  
\-When checking out, please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy manner.  
\- Guests will be expected to cover the cost of any breakages or damage, as well as any additional cleaning beyond a standard clean.
