Welcome to 441 George St., home to Port Stanley’s exclusive Kokomo beach club! This immaculate 2020 built 2 story home is situated within just minutes walking distance from some of Port Stanley’s greatest beaches and shopping districts.  
The space  
3 generous sized bedrooms and updated 4-piece bathroom. The lower level features a finished rec-room which could easily double as a second family room and 3-piece bathroom  
Guest access  
This home features a completely open concept main living space, 3 bedrooms, which provide great options for a growing family, or the convenience of a home office space for the at-home workers, 2 full bathrooms and a powder room on the main floor. Imagine the freedom of being able to host great family get togethers with the open concept main floor kitchen, dining and family room, all recently built to absolute perfection.  
Other things to note  
The 2 car garage offers amazing space for storage, beach goodies and a cozy spot for your sporty summer car that you’ll be making the most out of driving it daily around the beach! As you leave the dining room from the sliding door, enjoy your Summer nights sitting around the campfire and barbeque on your own backyard patio.
