A haven for work-life balance, it offers seamless indoor-outdoor living with a large balcony. a work desk, and an easy two-minute walk to the sand and surf. Offering a dedicated bridal wardrobe and just 200m to the dreamy Snappermans beach and park, the home can also unfold into the perfect wedding locale.  
This luxury coastal sanctuary exudes serenity in an unbeatable location, ideal for a beachside or golf getaway, wedding, or even writing a book. Unwind in the air-conditioned living room in the comfort of soft couches or be engulfed by the cosy reading armchair. Entertaining is easy with a large HD TV and an adjoining undercover balcony with a picnic-style eight-seater table. Light streams in the wall-to-wall glass upon the living and dining area, where meals at the chic timber table are bathed in fresh air and warmth. The kitchen island doubles as a breakfast bar setting under featured pendant lights. Cooking at home is a pleasure with generous space stretching across the marble-style benchtops, detailed profile cabinetry, french door fridge, large oven and induction stove.  
  
The primary bedroom is located in the sweeping loft area featuring a king bed with an additional sofa bed, reading nook, wall-mounted TV and study space in the comfort of air-conditioning. Enjoy the privacy of a furnished balcony and ensuite bathroom. Rest easy in the second king bedroom with soothing ocean tones, balcony access and built-in storage. The third bedroom is perfect for kids with a double bunk bed and a trundle bed. The bathrooms radiate coastal calm with shell-toned tiles, elegant vanities and soft lighting. The primary bathroom features a relaxing bath and the ensuite boasts a double sink and spacious rain shower.  
  
Additional conveniences include undercover parking and a laundry.
