1-Minute Walk to the Bus Stop: The bus stop is just a 1-minute walk from your front door, making it incredibly easy to catch public transport to some of Sydney’s most iconic destinations. Whether you're heading to the beach, the city, or exploring the surrounding suburbs, you’ll have direct access to a wide range of bus routes that connect you to all corners of Sydney.  
  
10-Minute Walk to Light Rail: If you prefer light rail, you're only a 10-minute walk from the nearest station. The light rail provides a fast and efficient way to travel to key locations in Sydney, including the bustling central business district (CBD), The Star casino, and the famous Darling Harbour area, among other attractions.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
A non-refundable 4.5% fee applies to all payments made by credit or debit card.  
  
Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.  
  
The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.  
  
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.  
  
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.  
  
Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.  
  
Interaction with Guests:  
We give guests full privacy but are most welcome to reach out as needed. Simply send a message via the platform you booked. We are also just a phone call away.
