The property was clean and pictures were just like the property. We enjoyed the backyard/garden and saw several beautiful birds. Parking was very easy. When the listing said it had air conditioning, there is only 1 unit in the dining/main area. It was quite warm, but their were fans in the bedrooms. I survived. I would have given it 5 stars in all areas, but the paint was chipping in the bathrooms and the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms. The kitchen was a bit dated, but it was very clean and fulfilled our needs. We were grateful for a washer/dryer. I would highly recommend staying here! ##### Natalie L. The toaster was broken and so was the kitchen sink plug and the window latches were rusty and difficult to lock.
