Très décevant
Séjour éprouvant. Réveil en pleine nuit par message d’alerte: inondation dans les étages supérieurs. Il a fallu quitter seuls la chambre par un escalier trempé, attendre dans le hall de l’hôtel puis regagner les chambres avec beaucoup de difficultés puisque portes verrouillées. Le lendemain descente à pieds des bagages plus qu’un ascenseur pour les 34 étages. Aucune assistance du personnel, aucune excuse et aucun dédommagement pour des conditions de séjour difficiles.

Location is good and gentleman at the door/concierge desk were welcoming and friendly. The buffet breakfast was good value. The beds were hard as rock we woke up very sore even the kids did which says alot. Front desk staff upon arrival werent very helpful we werent directed properly to our rooms, had no idea where anything was and would have liked to know about the bar and happy hour available. Parking is terrible and costs a fortune on top of an already $400 night stay. The room TV was crap couldnt adjust the volume and had to pay $30 extra for anything more than free to air TV. The bath would take approximately 2 business days to fill up if you wanted to wait water pressure for this was also crap. When i tried calling the service desk from our room phone i was instead connected to another room where a guest answered. Overall for the price id probably stay elsewhere.

We had a special stay at the Amora celebrating my 30th birthday. Staff gave us a room with a beautiful view and had a bottle of sparkling waiting on ice in the room. Some amenities are dated but the room and facilities are overall comfortable and pleasant. Hotel is in a spectacular location, 5 minute walk to Circular Quay.

The bed topper that was placed on my wife's bed while we were in the room must have been full of dust mite allergens because I experienced allergic rhinitis and wheezing the entire night. I had very little sleep because I was unable to breath and had coughing fits for the next 24 hours.

I had an enjoyable weekend in a great location. The hotel and staff were very good. I found some of the fittings in the room a little dated. I think the TV remote needed new batteries. I found the bed a bit hard for my liking, but I realise this is very much down to opinion. The swimming pool was lovely and the spa was great, although the whole area was showing signs of needing an update. All in all, a good stay.

Excellent and accommodating staff. Nice pool and sauna. Spacious room. Breakfast was good but not outstanding and dinner was very disappointing. It could have been good but the order was delivered wrongly, we had to wait a long time for the meal to arrive and and the bill was mistakenly overcharged. The mistake was corrected and the steak supplement cancelled but the damage was alreeady done.

Yes there are lots of issues I faced while I stayed in the hotel recently. Rooms not serviced till 3pm upon asking them to service and displaying the service my room tag means nothing. Concierge has issues understanding or communicating and have to refer me to one person or another. Bathroom vents were clogged. Quilt has lipstick marks all over so either problem with washing or something else. Breakfast menu had bacon which was uncooked and cold. 3 days in a row was chew and cold. There are lots of other things and you ask to speak to a manager they always say no one is available at present. I paid for over $1300 but to be honest I should I stayed with Radisson as I always do where I would have paid $1040 but I stayed with Amora thinking they might have better service but did not meet my expectations.
