RESIDENTIAL RENOVATION PROJECTS IN BONDI BEACH - Being so close to the Bondi Beach central beach precinct also means that there are renovation projects in play in the neighbouring area on Campbell Parade. Live projects such as 'Mayfair' currently tend to be slow moving, at different stages, work being carried out on different tasks, start, stop periodically. Work is always during tradesman hours by day and are difficult to predict, as well as being weather dependent. A consideration point for regular work from home guests who book that may need to be open to hitting the cafes to work out of, to mix up being at home.
