Security door entrance, 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and 2balconies . 6mins walking (450 meter) to train station, 3mins walking to the SYD Top10 Park , 10mins driving to CBD. Free street parking available. Three sides with windows, excellent ventilation, walking to many shops and restaurants. The space Room1 Master room: Queen bed with Bathroom Room2: Two single beds Room3：Bunk bed with balcony Top single Under double Bathroom 1 Living room with balcony 2 Kitchen & Laundry Providing flexibility for accommodating different group sizes. Hotel-quality linen and towels. Friendly for young family , A pram for 0-3 years old kid to use when parents go out side. Essentials provided including towels, shampoo & hair dryer. Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, kettle, microwave, oven, fridge Hair Dryer, Iron, Washing machine, and Vacuum provided. WIFI within the apartment and a Smart& Cable TV Guest access Please treat the place as your home during the stay. You are welcome to use the kitchen to make your own breakfast, the fridge to cool your drinks, and use the washing machine if you've run out of clean clothes to wear. We'll provide the vacuum. Please take care of your dirty dishes, clean the oven after use, extra cleaning charges of $30 if the oven is found uncleaned after use.
