The "Baltic Park Fort F109" flat is located directly on the seafront promenade and is located in a flat block built in 2022. The great advantages of this seafront flat are the nearby cycling and hiking trails and the incredible proximity of the enchanting beach, where you can relax or enjoy a wide range of attractions related to water sports and recreation, depending on your tastes and preferences. The building has direct access to the aqua park in Baltic Park Molo.  
The flat consists of a living area with kitchenette, bedroom and very spacious bathroom - its total area is 42 m2. Its great advantage is air conditioning in every room and a balcony, which is a very practical extension of the living area. Each element of this classic interior has been selected not only to provide the greatest comfort of use, but also to influence the aesthetic sense and inspire pleasure in communicating with beauty and sophistication. The flat combines luxury and sensuality with a touch of lightness - the furnishings are expressive yet harmonious, warm and very sublime. It certainly encourages you to stay longer and allows you to spend your free time comfortably after all-day trips by the sea in a spirit of opulence and elegance.  
The flat is located very close to the seaside promenade in Świnoujście, where you will find attractions such as the Concert Shell or historic boarding houses and sanatoriums from the 19th century, as well as numerous gastronomic points: Restaurants, cafés and bars where you can try local specialities, and shops offering beautiful souvenirs, including amber. Right next to the building there is a beautiful beach where, in addition to sunbathing, you can also spend interesting time by taking advantage of attractions related to water sports and recreation.
