Der ausgewiesene Preis wäre super gewesen. die Räumlichkeiten waren passend Viertelstunde bis zum Strand auch ideal. Aber 60 € mehr abgebucht als vereinbart mit dem Hinweis das wären Gebühren. Die Wohnung liegt einem Häuserkomplex mit mehreren Einheiten. Der Der Zugang zur Wohnung war problemlos und die Lage trotz der vielen Wohnblöcke sehr ruhig. Ein Lidl Markt war in 200 Meter Entfernung, MacDonalds un der Polenmarkt ca. 300 Meter. Zur Promenade war es etwas weiter (ca. 1,2 Km), zu Fuß etwa 15 Minuten. Die Stadt und die Sehenswürdigkeiten lassen sich zu Fuß gut erkunden, ins Centrum mit Geschäften sind es ebenfalls ca. 1,1 Km. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder nach Swinemünde fahren. ##### Roland K.
