Recently updated, this beautifully decorated home is perched on a hillside in the highly sought after Waterfront Greens community. Stunning views, lots of privacy on a 2 acre lot, convenient location, and lots of fine amenities make it the perfect choice for your family’s next getaway. Everyone’s favorite spot at the Waterfront Greens Chalet is the newly expanded deck with plenty of seating and some of the best views around, a great place for relaxing, enjoying the view, and stargazing. Take in the fresh mountain air as you grill out and dine at the picnic table. The open concept main level is highlighted by cathedral ceilings and a wall of windows that fill the space with natural light. After an eventful day of skiing (or boating, golfing, hiking, swimming, fishing…), kick back for some R and R in the great room. Comfy furnishings give everyone a spot to unwind while you watch TV or play games by the glow of the gas fireplace. Show off your culinary skills in the recently renovated and well-equipped kitchen. The large center island with seating, farm sink, and stainless-steel appliances will delight the chef in your group. Unlike many rentals, this kitchen has everything an experienced chef or busy parents need to prepare meals just like they are at home including slow cooker, blender, Cuisinart mixer, kettle, Calphalon pots and pans, full knife set, all the utensils needed for cooking and baking, and numerous serving platters and bowls. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was stocked very well. The host was very good at answering my questions too. There were some things that should be mentioned. 1\. The house is quite a walk from the boat dock. (no wonder most people had golfcarts) 2\. The weather was quite hot this past week as well. It averaged 85 degrees and the house was VERY hot inside. The AC was turned off when we arrived and it finally was comfortable by 10pm. The next few days, it continued to heat up during the day. 3\. I think some things could have been avoided if there was more direction from the host, such as a map of the community, the fact that we needed bag tags for golf and even instructions on where and how the trash was to be take BEFORE checkout. There was a binder on the coffee table but no real instructions. Just general info about Deep Creek. ##### Tara F. It was the perfect fit for 4 couples. We mostly hung out around the big kitchen island and living room with a few trips to the hot tub and an an evening around the firepit. Only minor issue was the pool sticks werent really usuable because they didnt have a felt tip on them so we never ended up using the pool table.
