Located within 1 mile of Junction 44 of the M4, this is also a great base if you wish to explore this part of Wales. South Wales valleys are just down the road. Gower, the Brecon Beacons, historical castles and the Vale of Neath’s waterfalls can all be reached within half an hour’s drive. There are leaflets and flyers in the house, all listing local excursions, visitor attractions and places of interest, but I’m more than happy to be contacted for help with information on local attractions and restaurants. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome, but please discuss before booking. ‘Guest favourite’ on Airbnb with over 120 five-star reviews The property is a spacious three-storey terraced house that can accommodate up to 13 guests in 5 to 6 bedrooms. Accommodation details First (top) floor \- Bedroom 1: with a double bed and space for either a travel cot or toddler bed (both available - please ask for it when booking) - garden view. \- Bedroom 2: with a double bed \- Bedroom 3: with a large single bed \- Bedroom 4: with two single beds \- Bathroom 1: with bath, walk-in shower and toilet. Ground floor \- Bedroom 5: with a double bed and a single Ikea Lycksele chair / bed - garden view \- Bathroom 2: with bath, walk-in shower and toilet \- Lounge / TV room \- Stairs going down to lower floor Lower floor \- Dining area. Table can sit up to 10 people. \- Lounge / family games room with two Ikea Lycksele sofa / beds (one single and one double) that can allow that room to be turned into a sixth bedroom for larger groups. \- Kitchen / breakfast room: with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. \- Utility room: with washing machine and retractable washing line \- Cloakroom with a shower and toilet. \- Access to the back garden. Important Info: \- Check-in time is anytime after 2 pm, but if you wish to arrive earlier, just ask and I will see what I can do. Check-out time is 11 am. \- The charging of electric vehicles is NOT allowed. \- Off road parking for one vehicle and readily available parking on the road in front of the house. \- No extra guests (over those who have booked) to stay without prior arrangement. \- Property is not suitable for wild parties! \- While I'm happy to host families with children, please note that there are no stair gates or child-proof locks on the cupboards, and it will hence be up to you to keep an eye on your kids during your stay. \- No smoking in the house but you're welcome to smoke in the covered patio area using the ashtray provided. \- You'll have the whole house to yourself, safe one room (used for storage) that will remain out of bounds. The bathrooms are spacious and everything is supplied. The kitchen was so well stocked it was home from home. The play room for the children was fabulous, our boys had so much fun.This was the first time the family had all been together for years and a great time was had by all. We were a group of mixed ages from 66 to 3.The house is fairly central to get to see the sights and is well worth a stay.The only niggle was the lack of a banister at the bottom of the stairs down to the kitchen, one of our boys wasn't paying attention and nearly went over the edge so extra adult attention was given for the rest of the stay.The garden is smashing and is a great relaxation area, plenty of room for kids to play, and a fab place for adult relaxation of an evening.Would definitely stay again . ##### Kathleen N.
