They are not connected inside and are accessible from separate outside entrances, both located on the back of the building. \-This rental is for the upper unit. \-The front door goes to a space that is not rentable and will never have occupants. \-There are train tracks nearby, but there are no trains running on the track at this time. \-Streaming is available with guests' own account. \-Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. \-Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. \-All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. \-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. \-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. \- \-All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. Very clean, everything we needed was there, including soap, shampoo & conditioner, just like a hotel would provide. It looked just like the pictures.
