The beautiful family villa Artsi is located in the medieval town of Svetvincenat. The fully fenced villa offers you an intimate vacation with family, friends and pets. In front of the villa is an impressive heated pool of 50 m2. Enjoy sunbathing on the sun loungers or spend unforgettable gatherings by the pool in the covered area at a table with ten seats. Prepare traditional Istrian dishes on the barbecue for the whole family. Have fun outdoors with your loved ones playing table soccer and table tennis. The youngest guests can have fun on the children's playground with a slide. The interior of the villa is furnished in a modern style. On the first floor of the villa there is an open area with a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen where the whole family can participate in preparing meals and a dining room with ten seats where you can spend time together. On the first floor of the villa there is a separate toilet and the first bedroom with double beds and en-suite bathroom. The remaining four bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms are located on the second floor. All bedrooms have televisions and air conditioning, ideal for a peaceful night's sleep and the desired peace and quiet. The bedrooms have access to the villa's terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a refreshing drink while admiring the beautiful view of the unspoiled nature. Choose this beautiful villa, ideal for a family vacation with friends and pets in a rural setting. Enjoy a unique vacation in the inland of Istria. Villa Artsi is located near the medieval town of Svetvincenat, in the village of Stokovci in south-central Istria.Svetvincenat will delight you with its Renaissance square Placa with the Morosini-Grimani Castle, the town's landmark. An important part of Svetvincenat's cultural heritage are the preserved remains of wall frescoes in the Church of St. Vincent near the town cemetery and in the Church of St. Catherine. This special town attracts visitors with interesting and varied local events. The most outstanding is the medieval festival, where you can try your hand at medieval games. You will be impressed by the hospitality of the local people, the rich traditional Istrian cuisine and the extra virgin olive oil. Discover the beauty of this region on numerous cycling and hiking trails. Visit the main tourist centers of Istria: Rovinj, Porec, Labin, Pula. In Rovinj, visit the baroque Church of St. Euphemia, while in Porec you can see the Byzantine Euphrasian Basilica, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Don't miss a visit to the largest Istrian town of Pula, where you can see the Pula Arena, the Temple of Augustus, the Golden Gate and many other cultural and historical monuments. Finally, explore the Brijuni archipelago with the famous Brijuni National Park.
