You will find a 3-room house that spans over 90 square meters across two levels. The bright living/dining room is equipped with a sofa bed and satellite TV, leading out to the terrace. The small, open kitchen comes fully equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a bathroom with a toilet. The house features heating and air-conditioning for your comfort. Upstairs, accessible via a spiral staircase, you'll find one room with a French bed (160 cm), and another room with a sofa bed and a French bed (160 cm).  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers a range of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. Air conditioning and heating systems ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year. Outdoor amenities include a barbecue area and a private patio. Pets are welcome, allowing you to bring your furry companions along. The house is equipped with satellite TV and a microwave for entertainment and convenience. Additionally, deck chairs are provided for relaxing outside.
