"Josip" is a single-family house with two storeys, offering a vacation rental experience in the charming town of Gljuščići, just 1 km from the center of Sveti Petar u Šumi and 28 km from the beaches of Rovinj. The property boasts a spacious 2,000 m2 area with trees, providing a serene and relaxing environment. Enjoy exclusive access to an angular swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 meters with a depth of 1.3 meters, available seasonally from May 1st to October 1st. The pool area also features a WC and an outdoor shower, perfect for refreshing dips. The house is equipped with a washing machine, ensuring convenience during your stay. Additionally, parking is available on the premises, accommodating up to two cars.

The property offers an idyllic outdoor experience with its 2,000 m2 area adorned with trees, creating a peaceful and natural ambiance. You can indulge in the luxury of a private angular swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 meters, with a depth of 1.3 meters. The pool is available for your enjoyment during the season from May 1st to October 1st. To complement the pool area, there is a WC and an outdoor shower, allowing you to rinse off after a refreshing dip. Whether you wish to soak up the sun or relax in the shade, the outdoor spaces provide ample opportunities to unwind and embrace the beauty of Pazin, Croatia.

You will be staying in a 3-room house that spans across two levels with a total area of 80 square meters. The living/dining room is equipped with a sofabed and a flat-screen satellite TV, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The air conditioning system ensures a comfortable indoor climate throughout your stay. The entrance hall leads you into the open kitchen, which is fully-equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate water closet on this level. The upper floor features two bedrooms: one with a bed and a double bed, and the other with a double bed. Additionally, there is a shower/WC on this level.

During your vacation, you will have access to a range of amenities to enhance your comfort and convenience. The house is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue (portable), a dishwasher, satellite TV, heating, a microwave, and a television. The maximum capacity of the house is 6 people, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom available.

The house boasts two terraces, one measuring 55 square meters, providing ample outdoor space for relaxation and enjoyment. Terrace furniture and deck chairs are available for your use. Additionally, an iron is provided for your convenience. Please note that this is a non-smoking house.
