  • These two neighbor holiday homes offer a unique opportunity to gather family or friends for a holiday close to the water – with space for togetherness and privacy at the same time. The houses are located only 20 metres apart and together offer 4 bedrooms, 8 beds and 2 additional sleeping spaces on a sofa bed.



    The larger 65 m² house is located directly by the beach with panoramic sea views. Large windows, bright living areas and a natural transition between indoors and outdoors create a relaxing atmosphere. From the living room, terrace and garden, you can enjoy the changing colours of the sea throughout the day.



    The second 51 m² house is just a few steps from the coast and offers a calm and relaxing setting. Here you will find high ceilings, an open living area and comfortable surroundings for unwinding after a day by the water or exploring the Svendborg area.



    Both houses feature terraces and green outdoor spaces with room for shared meals, sunny afternoons and long summer evenings. The combination of two separate homes makes this an ideal choice for several generations, two families or friends travelling together while still enjoying their own space.



    The area surrounding the houses is known for its peaceful coastline, small beaches and the special atmosphere of the South Funen archipelago. There are excellent opportunities for swimming, fishing, kayaking and walks along the coast, while the surrounding nature invites both relaxation and active holiday experiences.



    Svendborg offers cosy cafés, speciality shops and a lively harbour with ferries to the South Funen islands. Nearby, you will also find forests, cycling routes and local farm shops. Here, you can enjoy a holiday filled with togetherness, sea views and nature experiences.
