Overall, it was a decent stay, but I did encounter a minor issue that was not promptly addressed. The hotel had comfortable rooms and a pleasant ambiance. The staff members were polite and helpful during check-in and throughout my stay. However, there was a problem with the toilet in my room. Unfortunately, despite notifying the front desk about the issue, nobody was sent to fix it. This lack of response was disappointing, as it affected the convenience and comfort of my stay. It would have been better if the hotel had taken prompt action to resolve the problem. Despite this setback, I appreciated the other aspects of the hotel, such as its convenient location and the overall cleanliness of the property. The amenities provided were satisfactory, and the hotel had a nice atmosphere. I think the bathrooms could use some remodeling, but overall I appreciate the spaciousness of the room and the fact that I could get an interrupted night's rest there due to the silence. It was so comfortable and so great. Much quieter than my own apartment building. The front desk staff couldn't be around as often as normal due to COVID measures they are taking but when they were there, they were polite and helpful and so were the cleaning staff.
