The staff at the reception was very friendly and tried to do everything right, unfortunately the rooms were very dirty, the towels felt wet and smelled unpleasant, the shower was so disgusting that I could only shower for a very short time.....The surroundings are very good, very close to the market and therefore nice for evening discoveries

It was good. Just that there should be toothbrushes and toothpaste which is normally provided but there was none. The pillow case was torn when we arrived. But otherwise it was clean.

Bring your own toiletries, soap and washcloth.

Its very convenient to public transport, the Everline is only a 5 min walk straight down the road, intercity bus close by and plenty of public buses right on the doorstep. There are also some great ethnic restaurants next door-ish if you are craving shwarma or samsa and a market for S.E.A foods. The beds are extremely comfortable which is unusual in Korea, normally they are rock hard and hurt your hips. Only 2 complaints. 1. The shower floors weren't clean and there was pink mould. 2. The bathroom and toilet doors were glass with some frosted designs so evem though they were separate, the were still adjacent so if you came with anybody else, you would need to be very comfortable with them to use the facilities while they showered or even brush your teeth in the outer sink while they did their business.

The male manager was very polite, helpful, and patient even after a long day getting lost trying to find the hotel and though I put a special request in I never gotten a respond back from the hotel. But they were very flexible, although some of the front desk didn’t understand English but good thing the male manager was there and remember our keys to our car. I almost got scared that I was not be able to get my car key back.

에버랜드 갈려고 근처에 알아보다가 근처 모텔들은 괜찮아 보였지만 인원제한이 다들 2인이라 4인가족인 우리는 다른곳을 알아보다가 예약을 했지만 말이 호텔이지 모텔수준의 서비스 및 시설 및 청결도라 보심되고(요즘 모텔들이 더 좋은 경우가 많음) 침대 옆 청소안한지 너무오래 되서 먼지 너무 많고(제가 대실 많이 하는 모텔가면 몸이 간지러움 청결하지 않다고 느끼는경우),변기 및 샤워대 욕조 주변 위생 엉망, 냉장고 있으나마나,리모컨 조차 위생이 안좋아서 끈쩍거림 겉표면, 주변 식당 등 인프라 전무, 외국인 많아서 치안 불안 등 다신 갈일 없음

조금더 신경 쓰셔야 할듯..

일단 방이 좁아서인지 테이블이 없더군요. 아내와 술 한잔 하려는데 테이블이 없다보니 화장실 앞 바닥에 앉아서 마셨습니다. 욕실 샤워기는 물이 세어 씻는데 사방에 물이 튀더군요. 기본적인 건 수시로 체크해서 서비스 해야 하는건 아닐런지요~

모든 부분이 적당 합니다~

용인에서 가족숙박은 거의 에버랜드라고 봐야하죠. 잠자는 시간 외에는 외부에 있기에 크게 불편함 없었습니다. 청결부분에서 조금 아쉬운게 있었지만 용납이 안되는 정도는 아니고요. 적당한 거리에 적당한 숙박시설 적당한 응대 입니다.

청소를 깨끗이 해야 했어요.

가격이 쌌으니 그다지 많은 걸 바라지 않았지만 담배냄새가 나는 건 정말 아니었습니다. 다만, 욕조가 꽤 큰 게 있어서 괜찮았습니다.

가성비좋은 숙소

첫 인상은 아주 무뚝뚝한 안내였는데 그 이후는 꽤 신경 쓰는 말투여서 조금 맘이 풀렸어요 금연방으로 예약해서 다시 한번 부탁했더니 방에서는 냄새가 안났지만 화장실에서는 배관을 타고 냄새가 올라오는 듯 했어요
