Home has a large private yard and deck for outdoor dining. This home is the best of both worlds. It's the perfect quiet getaway yet close to shopping and restaurants. Close to hwy. Mall of GA and Top Golf less than 15 mins away. Lake Lanier 20-30 mins. It hasn’t been upgraded or taken care of in a while. The owner forgot to program the digital lock to let us in. We nearly got relocated by VRBO because the owner was not answering the messages and we could not get into the house. The fireplace is in the pictures but you’re not allowed to use it for liability reasons. It makes sense but the house is misrepresented online.
