Il m’annonce que la wifi ne fonctionne pas à l’hôtel et il me demande de payer ma chambre alors que j’ai déjà payé en ligne. Aucune attention aux clients et pas capable de lire correctement la fiche client. Arrivée dans la chambre il se dégage une odeur, les lits sont durs. Rien n’a été dans cet hôtel qui n’est loin d’être un 4 étoiles. Il faut revoir votre copie.
