Hôtel typique de l'ouest américain. Structure originale et chambre confortable. Petit déjeuner simple et peu garni. Personnel sympa mais un peu absent. La ville est vraiment typique mais peu attractive. Pour passer une nuit.

Tout confort, le style en plus!
Le vrai plus de cet hotel, c'est son style cottage. D'un point de vue général, rien à dire: confort, propreté... tout est dans la norme de ce niveau de gamme et conforme aux attentes. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas très varié mais reste roboratif. De plus, le petit village de Sutter Creek possède un charme indéniable, avec toutes les commodités de Jackson à proximité.

Inexpensive, clean and good location!
Sutter Creek is a charming little city in the Gold Country. Days Inn at Sutter Creek is very nice: calm, clean, very close to Main street; comfortable room, good bedding. In short: an excellent price/quality ratio. Do not forget to visit Sutter Creek Gold Mine: it is really worth the experience. And go to visit Grinding Rock State Park: very interesting with many deers around.

The staff was pretty rude and unhelpful. We got into town for a wedding and asked if we could check in a little early as the wedding started at 3 (same time as check in). Girl at the front desk said “mmm probably not”…… um ma’am, you’re the one who can tell me if we can check in early, to which she replied “you can check in at 10 when the weddings over”. Honestly if it wasn’t such a small town and we had more options I probably would have cancelled our stay and booked somewhere else.

There was some construction going on, but it was not a distraction to the rest of the property. The main TV did not work, said it was downloading an update or something. The one in the bedroom worked. The breakfast in the morning was...ummm... barely. But better choices were available nearby.

Great Staff! Front desk was super helpful and assisted in a surprise birthday event. Room was basic and clean. Nice bed. Close enough to walk to Main Street Sutter Creek. Free breakfast wasn't worth doing and the area was not being cleaned up regularly.

Nice Upgrade, but Details Yet to Address
The renovation isn’t quite complete, but a wonderful change from the hotel’s former life. Rooms could use ceiling light (or can lights) over the bed. Wonderful new beds and flat screen TVs. Breakfast are pretty minimal (bagels, fruit, yogurt, muffins), no hot food like the previous owner. New bar/bistro not complete.

No early check in. Not 1 minute.
This is a clean, basic place to stay in Sutter Creek. They won't let you check in early. They won't even look you up to see if your room is ready even if the parking lot is totally empty and it is likely they had few Thursday guests. They will tell you there are NO early check ins. Why is that? Why make people feel unwelcome when you are in hospitality? I don't get it. Anyway, it was ok. Your are inside and everything worked. What more could you ask for? Oh yeah, manners.

Person who checked us in was friendly and helpful. The next morning it was a different girl and far from friendly OR helpful. Hospitality management is not her strong point. All it takes is that one person to ruin the experience.

Excellent stay! I’ve stayed at hundred of hotels, at all price points, all over the world and they have the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on! The staff is warm and friendly and very professional! They are still finishing up a major renovation and it looks great but there are still a number of odds and ends to be completed but it’s nothing that impacted our stay. Great place, congrats on an incredible renovation!

I didn't hear anything about this place being haunted, but my room lights were flickering most of the night until I asked "it" whatever it was, to stop. That was kinda cool but scary at the same time

This property is leaving the days in chain and we were not made aware until after check-in. The days in customer service department actually told us this hotel was closed due to COVID-19 but in fact found out that was not true. It created quite a bit of confusion and us thinking the hotel was closed when it wasn’t. Front desk manager was very accommodating and the breakfast and coffee were excellent but the hotel needs some sprucing up
