You can look forward to a cosy and child-friendly holiday rental at the EuroParcs Limburg development in Heide, Netherlands. Set amidst trees and fields, this property offers amenities such as a Swimming Pool, Internet Wifi, Parking, and Tennis Court. Enjoy a relaxing stay at this beautifully designed vacation rental.  
  
Outdoors  
The holiday development boasts a shared lawn for sunbathing, an indoor pool, private beach, tennis courts (extra fee), basketball and volleyball courts, and a children's playground with slides, swings, and a sandbox. Unwind amidst nature, surrounded by trees and fields, while taking advantage of the on-site petting farm.

Within the complex, you'll find a reception area, restaurant, bar, WiFi access, a spa area (additional charges apply), and table tennis facilities (extra fee). Convenient services like laundry and bicycle rental are also available. The property offers central parking spaces and parking at the house. A supermarket is just 100 meters away, while restaurants, bars, and the Susteren railway station are 2.5 km from the resort. Baby equipment can be requested for an additional fee. Groups of teenagers are welcome upon request and may require a deposit. Please note that workmen are not allowed on the premises, and a preference booking fee of €35 is payable on-site. Long bookings (3 weeks or longer) are subject to availability and may require a special request.

A bathing lake is just 10 meters away, while a 9-hole golf course and a minigolf course are located within 200 meters and 100 meters, respectively. Entertainment is available during the season, and animals can be found in the neighborhood, just an example.

Unit Layout  
The rental unit is a spacious 8-room bungalow with a total area of 200 square meters, spread across two levels. On the ground floor, you'll find a comfortable entrance hall with a separate guest toilet, a combined living and dining area with a dining table and a flat-screen television, leading to a terrace. There are also two double bedrooms, each equipped with two bunk beds, providing ample sleeping space. The open kitchen is well-appointed with four hot plates, a dishwasher, an electric coffee machine, and a combination microwave for your convenience.  
  
Amenities Included  
The bungalow offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. You'll have access to complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property, allowing you to stay connected during your holiday. Additionally, there is parking space available for up to four cars at the house. The terrace area is furnished, providing an ideal outdoor space for relaxation and dining. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, but pets are allowed upon request.  
  
Other Information  
On the upper floor, you'll find three double bedrooms with sloping ceilings, each furnished with two beds. There are also two additional rooms with sloping ceilings, each accommodating three beds, making this property suitable for larger groups or families. The property features two bathrooms, one on each floor, both equipped with a shower and a toilet. The maximum capacity of the bungalow is 16 people, ensuring ample space for your vacation needs.
